3rd Wood Carving Part 2...

After todays lot of work on the woodcarving.

Starting my Third Wood Carving

For my Third Woodcarving I thought I would try doing a relief wood carving.

First I used carbon paper to trace out the outline of the scene that I wanted to carve.


Then I used a jig-saw to cut around the outline of the carving to get it pretty close to the final shape for the carving.

This carving is being done in MDF, and I am hoping it will be easier than the pine that my first two carvings were in.

Painting my Second Carving

My second carving almost finished with the painting... Just another coat of white on the singlet and it should be done...
